When Lea was born, my family was 11,000km away. No mother down the hall, no sister on the next street, no one arriving with food and taking the baby so I could sleep.
I could not hand my baby to someone from a group chat and pretend that felt fine. So I started building Vivaly from the couch, in the pockets of early motherhood.
Pods came from that gap. A way for local families to share one trusted caregiver so children see the same familiar faces every week.
